Yes!  Especially if they followed stressful events.  Oh, oh, oh, you know what would be awesome, if they random sprouted in the wake of stupid people.  That way, as you walk away from some idiotic discussion/debate, you would come across a socially acceptable reason to release your frustration by beating the hell out of something.
